[fptex] Standalone updates

This example can work even with windvi+gs7.05 from TL7 ;-)

Static windvi 0.67.3 works quite well also with older GS (like 7.05),
but I found that crashed when diplaying wtest.dvi while xypic fonts
aren't installed.

In that case auto-log should be switched on by default. Otherwise, the 
user cannot see any warning when any font is really missing and 
substitution (cmr10) takes place.

Ps. it's pitty that almost all files in fptex/standalone/ was redated
(also those older ones). Only index.html contains proper file datestamps.
