[fptex] Standalone updates

I'm uploading standalone updates to fptex 0.6/texlive 7 in
ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/standalone/

All these updates have statically linked programs in
bin/win32-static. There is the newest pdftex, dvips 0.92a, fixed windvi
wrt to ghostscript 8.00, omega 1.23 as of today, the newest tex4ht.
All of them are based on the beta web2c 7.3.11/ kpathsea 3.3.11. 
Feel free to report about them.
