[fptex] 0.5 version

I have turned the current  0.5-beta version into   0.5. No doubt  that
there are still some problems, but depending of their importance, I'll
patch them when they  will be reported or  I will postpone them to the
next version.

The wizard should help you in installing/upgrading. If you have a good
connection to the Internet, it should also help you in downloading the
files (seem you might prefer to use the IE5 mode for those who want to
try this).
