[fptex] how to update

For such packages, you just need to grab them from
ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/0.4/
(`zip' or `full' subdirectory)
and unpack them at the root of your installation, then run `mktexlsr'
or rebuild the ls-R files from the menu.

98% of the packages can simply be installed this way. The only problem
are the rare ones having binaries or configuration files, or the
supplementary ones.
