[fptex] wadalab.map not found...

It is in the CJK package.
The only place where it is referenced is 
texmf/dvips/gsftopk/config.gsftopk
and I don't wee why it should be read when calling gsftopk itself ...

Can you send me a log file of running something like:
c:\>set KPATHSEA_DEBUG=-1
c:\>set KPATHSEA_DEBUG_OUTPUT=gsftopk.log
c:\>gsftopk ptmr8r 600

(if it fails running this command)
