[fptex] Fptex 0.5-beta1 installation problems

Thanks for your report. I'm aware of many of these problems. However
now that TeXLive 6 is closed, TeXSetup.exe has been much debugged and
I need to regenerate the zip files. You should get fptex-0.5beta2 by
the end of the week.
