[fptex] txfonts (again)

I've done it; I'm sending the file in another message. The file mentions
directories that don't exist in my computer, such as those mentioned on
line 11. On the other hand, when I openned a console and typed

E:\TEX\>kpsewhich rtxr.pfb

I got

e:/Local/TeX/texmf-local/fonts/type1/public/txr/rtxr.pfb

So, the problem doesn't seem to lie here. However, at some point I got the
message

fpTeX has been unable to determine a good value for the user's $HOME
        directory, and will be using the value:
                (null)
        This is probably incorrect

I hope this is enough to determine the cause of the problem
