[fptex] Trouble setting up windvi

Thanks Fabrice Popineau, I tried your suggestion on my win2k box, but
couldn't get windvi to correctly display the file.

Thanks Sebastian Rahtz, after reading your reply, I processed the dvi
file with dvipdfm, and got a satisfactory result.
