[fptex] How to resolve printing problem?

I have installed fptex on a Windows 98 system. I am having problems
printing from windvi to a Canon Stylus 460 Colour printer.  The print
is enlarged so that the top left quarter of the page occupies the
entire physical page.

If I use dvips the page numbers are shown as dvips processes the dvi
file but then ends with as error message about writing the output to
disk (suggesting to check for available disk space)


I guess its a configuration problem but any direction would be
appreciated
