[fptex] PDFTeX

Hello,
   I am new at PfTeX and I have installed the version 0.4 using
TeXSetup-1.0.7.exe.
I used the getfptex.bat and the wget.exe file to obtain the software.

I need help in how to install the following programs. Please direct me
to place(s) where I can get information to solve the following problems:

1. A program "NT Emacs" was never installed
2. I also would like to use the PDFTeX converter (to obtain PDF files
from the TeX files) and I do NOT know to install it.
