[fptex] 0.5-beta2---gsftopk psyr 252 failed

(Please don't think I understand all the crypto-commands, I'm just
quoting the Command Prompt window.)

Using the fptex 0.5-beta2 and gs7.00 I've had no success in opening
the file:

   c:\Local\TeX\texmf\doc\metapost\base\mpman.dvi

I've also tried and failed to generate psyr.252pk using the command:

   mktexpk --mfmode epstypro --bdpi 360 --mag 0+252/360 --dpi 252 psyr

Would someone be kind enough to see if  mpman.dvi  will open on a 
compatible system (Win2k, fptex0.5-beta2, gs7.00).
