PSUtils are in the ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/0.4/full/psutils.zip file. TeXSetup-1.0.2 should download them. Alternatively, if you downloaded the whole full/ subdirectory along with the zip/ subdirectory, TeXSetup will install all the packages (except the non free ones) without downloading anything. -- Fabrice
