WinEdt integration

Just to let you know that the line for WinEdt in texmf.cnf is wrong.  The
following line works (for me anyway!)
TEXEDIT=C:\WinEdt\WinEdt.exe "[Open(|%s|);SelLine(%d,7)]"

Don't forget to change SelLine to SelPar if you turn wrapping off.

I installed fptex from TeXLive 6\alpha.
