fpTeX packaging

I'm currently in Germany at Dante2000, but I can quickly answer
to the last thread. The next version of fpTeX will be packaged
in a very modular way that will allow installation from the net.
I can't yet promise when it will be available. The first version
of the setup programm will allow to install the TeXLive5 CD.
Then I will enhance it to download things from a repository.
