ps2pk, mktexpk bad interaction

Yes, I can confirm that this seems to be a `feature' (read : bug, in
the mktexpk context) of ps2pk. When the .pfb name is absolute, the .afm is
searched in the same directory. Thanks for the bug report, it is fixed
for the next version.
