should work with gs 5.99 . I have completely changed the way gsftopk
talks to ghostscript, so please test this file. This will work with
gsftopk-1.18 version of render.ps.

This one has '-oem' (and some other options too, see '-help') fixed
... or rather I hope so. 

Thanks for reporting about these ones. In case of failure, please
provide test files.
