Windvi anti-alias problem

Well, the problem cannot be the palette (I think) since my graphics card
(Diamond Viper TNT) is in 32-bits mode. This problem didn't occur in
versions 0.62 and earlier. (I'm still running that rather unstable version.)
Besides, it doesn't occur in non-anti-alias mode.

In fact (I did some extensive testing of Windvi now, and tried wtest.dvi):

- It only occurs un modes with > 256 colors! (Both 16 and 32 bit, regardless
of the foreground color, in fact, all foreground color handling seems to be
screwed up.)

- When I use the magnifying glass (that is, I click once somewhere), the
redrawn part gets some color back again. (Not always the right one!) Note
that when I magnify things, the right colors *are* used in the tiny window,
but zooming makes no difference.

- When I turn on "in memory", the colors are always right, but scrolling
goofs up the text ("auto-scan" makes things worse, in this case, but I'm not
sure whether we're already allowed to use "in memory").

I've never had any problems with my video card, so I hope the problem lies
somewhere else.

Hope this helps, though (I most certainly don't understand it anymore).

Ruben Prins

PS
I could send one or more screen captures, if you want.
