I have only updated the program, with the following fixes :
- crash after 2nd or 3rd page (htex related bug)
- glyphs were rotated, but not rules
- some cleanup in the printing code

and the following ones are pending :
- transformations are not correctly applied while printing (anyone
good at geometry :-) )
- not always is the right brush selected : if some coloured text spans 
on 2 pages, the frame of the second page will have the colour
the text has.
