I am using the gsftopk from windvi-0_66-pre1.zip OK, it's only the
mktexpk
from there that I had to replace with the earlier version.
I was worried that the other mktex* from windvi-0_66-pre1.zip might also
have problems, but mktextfm calls up metafont OK.
