Thanks.  Let me correct an error in my previous message.  I (wrongly)
recalled
that I had similar problems with 0.13b.  This wasn't the case.  (I had had
errors,
but they were other errors due to not having upgraded pdftex.def.)  The
information
that o.13b is working is very useful.
