Fw: windvi 0.62pre1

Three bugs in windvi62 have been reported and identified :

- GPF when displaying some strange fonts, like chess fonts -> corrected

- GPF when including files with absolute pathes like:
\includegraphics{c:/foo/bar.eps} -> not yet corrected

- problem with paper size (us seems too small, display not updated when
changing paper size from windvi) -> not yet corrected

Printing has been reported not working on w9x.
