Windvi and printing

The File menu of Windvi (v.0.63) has four lines related to printing, 
but the three of them (Print through dvips, Page setup and Print 
setup) are always disabled, and I can't figure out what to do to 
enable them. 
I might have been looking the wrong places in the Windvi 
documentation, or it might have something to do with NT (I am an 
absolute beginner in the NT world).

I should add that Windvi's print function works as expected, i.e. 
text but no PS-graphics.
