texconfig???

Howdy Fabrice,

I made some changes to the texmf.cnf file. It is my understanding 
that I should run texconfig for these changes to take place, or at 
least that is what I have done in teTeX. I can find not texconfig. Is 
there some underlying program that I should be running for this 
purpose.
