dvihps?

Hello fptex users. I am an old emtex user who is starting to use fptex on
windows98. dvips version for emtex included an 'H' option that allowed you
to pass links (created with the hyperref package) from your TeX file to PS
and then to pdf. This switch is not present in fptex's dvips. Are there
any plans to include it? 

I know I could use pdftex. I tried it, but I can't make it work. I am
using TexLive3 version of all binaries.
