windvi - fail saving options.

Hi,
what does mean "Fail saving options" after exiting windvi (0.59, 0.62,
0.63)?

First time i found this message about one month ago. I don't have
any idea what is wrong (some DLL?).

I use WNT 4.0; second computer with W95 is O.K.
