Ok, so better to use still one file.

I'm at 5.2.1, and have tried the 5.2.8 . I'm amazed by the numerous code
changes
with each (even minor) release. This one introduces XML support and needs to
be
linked with expat, James Clark's XML parser. I wonder how (x|win)dvi needs
this ?
