Sorry, local_only[] array must be referenced through 'actual' font number, 
not internal one (btw : I have done the test to be sure, may patch gives 
the same .mpx file as yours, but fails if I change font_num for internal_num).

Also, I wonder why both arrays internal_num[] and font_num[] have the same size. 
AFAIK, the range of both are different, so one of the mappings should be done 
with less elements than the other...
