dvips default behaviour

I wondered if it make sense to change the dvips default behaviour from something
not very meaningful :

- right now, the default config.ps has "o |lpr" in it, and each NT comes with an lpr.exe
program. Most of the time, it is not configured to print on a real printer and will output
an error

to:

- "o |lpr" is redirected to the default printer. 

This would allow better compatibility on TeX-Live. Any objection ?
