Are you suggesting that the installation script should generate them?
As you should know from discussions on TEX-NL, even sophisticated
users may be (unnecessarily) intimidated by the prospect of generating
formats.

My vote on the formats to be included for documentation: include
either the pdf-s or the html-s, and provide the other formats in a
separately downloadable archive.
