Acrobat Reader 4.0 issue

What I've missed to say is that I already tried the obvious settings. Indead 
I tried all combinations from the acrobat reader and the printer driver to 
change the behaviour. Nothing solved the problem. I'm very sure that the 
printer driver is faulty since if I use a plain Laserjet 4 printer driver all 
is fine. The reason why I can't use the Laserjet 4 drivers is my duplex 
option in the printer. It seems that only the kyocera printer driver can 
handle these duplex unit. I tried several time the lj4dvi printer from the  
fptex package but these produces strange output too.
