fptex 0.1

[Fabrice POPINEAU]

This is to announce the very first version of fpTeX, aka teTeX for
win32.

Many   patches  from  the     latest  teTeX  source   tree have   been
included. Some other  bugs corrected. Everything  has been  updated to
the  latest versions,  windvi too (hope    this 0.54 is  roughly
alright).

Same cuts as before : bin1 has the most common binaries, bin2 has
e-TeX and Omega and bin3 all the rest. The texmf tree is the latest
teTeX-0.9 texmf tree, sometimes modified by the build process.

I hope this is the last build without an installer. I will focus now
on :
- installer
- texconfig.exe
- windvi printing
- documentation :-)
