windvi 0.54

Hi,

Windvi 0.54 is available from :

ftp://ftp.ese-metz.fr/pub/TeX/win32-beta/windvi54.zip

I have focused on correcting the major bugs signaled and making color
support more robust. There is a directory called examples where you
can find a wtest.tex examples of what should work.

Some things are still a bit rough :

- the first ps inclusion is not displayed (need to 'redisplay' the
page), after that behaviour is correct.
- 256 colors mode might give strange colors (or no color if too
lighter).

Any bug report welcome, especially if there are test files to
demonstrate the bug :-) (or any other kind of comments).
