problem with xdvi & colors...

If only I wasn't almost dead, I would have said: use it under win32. Not
such a good idea given the latest betas.

Unfortunately, I have been busy up until now. And I won't be able to give
the 'fixed' release until 2 weeks for I'm going on holydays tomorrow.

Current status : color + antialiasing does work on display with >= 16bits
colors. I have suppressed antialiasing *except for black on white* for
displays with 8bits colors.

I even have a scheme to make gs printing the eps inclusions. Need to test it
though.
