[edutex] TeX teaching

I am doing some updates to the Wikibook every once in a while.
But as Barbara noted, as a community project, everybody can contribute,
even by reverting good changes.
There are derivates of that document in many different languages, but here
as well, there is no complete or immediate translation.
At some points in time i thought about just starting a new wikibook, but
the one mentioned earlier is popular, often linked and one of the first
things a starter finds with google. There should be at least an effort to
get rid of the wrong parts and maybe improve some parts as well.
