[edutex] TeX teaching

I regularly conduct LaTeX classes in Banaras Hindu University. At least
twice a year. Started in 2005. It is a10 lecture course. At the end we also
give a certificate. Course material is the LaTeX tutorials of TUG
conference held in India in2002. Plus other material.

the existing latex wikibook is apparently pretty "popular", or at least
frequently referenced, so I think an effort should be made to clean it up.
(I've tried to submit some updates, but been refused because, it seems,
whoever judges such things doesn't know who I am or think very much
of my credentials.)  I'm willing to be "assigned" some sections that I can
edit (in my "vft" = voluminous free time) and turn over the actual update
suggestions to someone "authorized".  by "assigned", I mean that it would
be a good idea to establish a register of the contents of the wikibook, and
have people sign up formally to work on segments, so that there's not
duplication of effort.  divide and conquer.

that said, I'm not opposed to a separate wiki, but think that it would be
best to have a different focus.  reasonable topic for discussion, I think.

(I'm a rotten teacher, but good at spelling and catching errant commas.
if I can contribute that, I'm willing.)
