I had a quick look at your wiki... I'm wondering what you thought of the
xforms standard, and the +/-'s of embedding that into LaTeX, e.g. through
extending hyperref (which seems already to handle older style html forms),
and what you thought about Gellmu (of other strong contenders in the same
problem space...)
