[dvipdfmx] xdvipdfmx r56400 proportional vertical writing issue

Hi all,

If I understand correctly,
xdvipdfmx r56400 has caused an issue
that is about the proportional glyph's vertical writing.

* Harano Aji Fonts version 20210102 (TeX Live r57294)
* XeTeX  3.14159265-2.6-0.999992 (TeX Live 2020)
* xdvipdfmx r56399/r56400

It's fine with xdvipdfmx 56399.
With xdvipdfmx 56400, each position of the Hiragana glyphs is misaligned,
and "と" and "□" are overlapping.
