[dvipdfmx] writing an uncompress stream

pdf/A-1 requires that the XMP metadata are written as uncompressed
stream (this requirement was removed from PDF/A-2 and newer)

The hyperxmp manages this by using with lualatex the keyword
"uncompress" when writing the stream, and with pdflatex by changing
locally the compresslevel.

What could be used with dvipdfmx?
