[dvipdfmx] Possible extensions to color special support

Extension to support syntax like

  pdf:bc fill [1 0 0]
  pdf:bc stroke [0 1 0]
  pdf:bc fill [1 0 0] stroke [0 1 0]

is already committed. Both fill and stroke color can be specified at
the same time as in the 3rd example above.
