[dvipdfmx] color stack and color special order at second page

There is no way to control the order.
It was not intended that both pdfcolorstack and bcolor are used at the
same time.

Simplest workaround for this typical situation is just change the order
so that bolor value always comes last. But this can't always meet
expectations in general cases where a pdfoclorstack push operation
can appear inside of a bcolor-ecolor.
