[biblio] issue with dropping of last initial "v"

As it turns out, it is Google-scholar who uses the style that causes my third initial to drop out. This is why it happens a lot not so much in my own citations of my own papers (?), but when other people cite me.
I am now trying to find out how to contact the people at Google-scholar to fix this (Oren Patashnik has offered to help)

I believe you asked the exact same question a year ago on Feb 3, 2020, and at the time, I answered it as follows. I believe that there is no bug, but someone writes R.V. instead of R. V. -- Peter
