[biblio] More Biblatex Question

Hi Everyone,

Ok, so, I have made some changes to the way I deal with biblatex in
general following from the discussion before.  I now just use
renewbibmacro for the things that I need.

Anyway I have two questions:

1) when dealing with journal article names biblatex uses double-quotes
but mhra requires single quotes.  Is there a way of controlling this?
 I have looked at mkbibquote and \DeclareQuotePunctuation but those
don't seem to let me do that.

2) in the case of journals, you can't have "p." or "pp."  I tried
"\DeclareFieldFormat[article]{postnote}{\mkpageprefix[pagination]{\addspace}}"
but that doesn't seem to do anything nor does "pagination={none}" in
the bib file.  Is there some way of removing "pp." and "p." in the
case of articles?
