More or less. The current tagging code has in its table module a key to
setup the header row(s): \tagpdfsetup{table/header-rows=1}
and I plan to add a similar key table/header-columns soon. This is
rather easy to use and should cover a large amount of standard tables.
But things get complicated one tables have so complicated headers that
back references from the cells are required. We need here first a larger
amount of examples.
