michel is getting quite convincing! i dont have a dog so havent tried the microwave trick yet, is it fun? would a baby do? but in this case we must change the TDS to specify texmf/doc/<language> as mandatory. using the 2 letter codes is also a good idea to prevent upset and confusion. i am afraid we would have to have "us" for english, sigh. sebastian
