TUG Unix CD: HTML documentation

Hi Sebastian et al.,

last night I've assembled the first package mostly containing
texi2html and HTML documentation converted from Texinfo sources.
Where shall I upload the .tar.gz file?

Note: What exactly should or should not go into texmf/doc/html/ 
has been debated at length repeatedly on TWG-TDS and probably is 
more or less up to the installer.  So, I have taken the liberty 
to occupy texmf/doc/html/ for a start and also added a little 
framework such as putting a few icons into texmf/doc/html/icons.

Please check my README and index.html files, if you find them
acceptable/suitable.  These may have to be edited whenever more
documentation is added.
