Hi Daniel,

you are contacting the wrong point. You are using the packaged version
of TeX Live in Debian or Ubuntu, which is very different from our own
distribution of TeX Live.

Please contact
	debian-tex-maint at lists.debian.org
with your Debian related problems, not sure about where to go if you use
Ubuntu.

Anyway, my comments (as long time developer of Debian packaging):

Well, you should not have done this. Why do you interrupt dpkg/apt?

Why?

Not surprising.
