default italic upper case Greek letters?

Thank you for the additional information. It's most helpful to know your
opinion on this. Thank you for sharing. (I also regard my comments, of
course, as opinions.)

I've raised this feature on the unicode-math issue tracker, and suggest the
conversation on that feature be continued there. Here's the URL:

I do note here that my browser provides distinct glyphs for these two code
points, as does my command line shell.
