Installation Issues

Hello ...

I carefully followed the instructions to install x86_64-darwinlegacy using
Terminal. One of the large files failed to install. But when I try to
follow the instructions to reinstall, I get an error message, as follows:

The following (inessential) packages failed to install properly:


  luatexja


You can fix this by running this command:

  tlmgr update --all --reinstall-forcibly-removed

to complete the installation.


MacBook-Pro% tlmgr update --all --reinstall-forcibly-removed

zsh: command not found: tlmgr


Can you help me?
