Microsoft doesn't offer the fonts for free download anymore but they
are still shipped with Windows.
The screenshot provided by David Carlisle proves that the Georgia
fonts are still present.
The fonts provided by Microsoft nowadays are extended for better
Unicode support and thus it's definitely a very bad idea to install
the old stuff from Sourceforge.

The secret is
texdoc fontspec
David's example proves that it's dead easy.
Jerry, it would be extremely helpful to know whether the simple
example provided by David works for you or not.
