Installation of Tex Live Utility on MacOS X

Hi

I got the following error when executing the ‘install-tl’ of ‘install-tl-20200610’ on macOS Calatina (Version 10.15.4)

Installing to: /usr/local/texlive/2020
/Users/druflin/Downloads/install-tl-20200610/install-tl: open(>/usr/local/texlive/2020/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.tmp) failed: Permission denied at /Users/druflin/Downloads/install-tl-20200610/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPDB.pm line 592, <STDIN> line 106.

I get the same error message when I try to install the ‘install-tl’ with perl in the Terminal

Does it have to do with the latest security issues of MacOS X ? Is there a fix ?
